RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Customers can request for a return/exchange of one or more items if they are unsatisfied with the items and we will happily provide you with an exchange / store credit (excluding the original and return shipping costs and other taxes if any levied on us).

  • Any item is only valid for return/exchange request within the first 7 days of the customer receiving the said item.

  • We only provide store credit for returns at the moment. We do not provide refunds.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition i.e they should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with their original tags, stickers and packaging still on.

  • RHYCNI Studio is not liable for the loss or damage of goods in the return transit. Customers must take full responsibility for contacting the delivery service/customs office and locating the shipment. No store credit will be processed until we successfully receive the package. We recommend customers to make use of secure and tamper proof packaging and to use a trusted and traceable delivery service. We also recommend customers to purchase shipping insurance.

  • If you decide to return a product and your return request is accepted, please know that we will deduct the original and return shipping costs and any other taxes levied on us before processing the store credit.

  • If you decide to exchange a product and your exchange request is accepted, please know that we will deduct the original and return shipping costs and any other taxes levied on us and you will be required to pay a new shipping cost before your exchanged item is dispatched.

  • To return/exchange any product (this includes any damaged/incorrect items that you may have received) please make sure to contact us first and fill in the correct shipping details before sending any package back and to make sure to send us legitimate tracking details. If the shipment gets lost in transit, we will not take any responsibility for it.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT:

    We sincerely apologise if you've received a damaged or incorrect product and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    • In case that you have received a damaged/incorrect product, please contact us as soon as you receive the product. We will guide you through the process of resolving the issue.

    • You will be required to send us a proof of damage/faulty/incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving the package.

    • Please DO NOT ship any product back to us without first getting in touch with our customer service team about it. We want to make the process as easy and smooth as possible for both the parties involved.

    • In case that you do receive a damaged/incorrect item and decide to opt for a return, we will make sure to cover the return shipping cost and if you decide to opt for an exchange, we will make sure to cover the new shipping cost along with the return shipping cost.

    • We want to make this process as smooth as we can but please understand that if we find that the damaged/incorrect item is not in the original condition that you received it in, we will be required to reject your return/exchange request so we recommend the customer to handle the item with utmost care and to make sure to read our return/exchange policy carefully before making a purchase to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.

    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS IN CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
      • We cannot accept returns on products with makeup stains, fragrance stains, fake tan stains, food stains and any other types of stains caused by the customer so please be VERY CAREFUL while handling the products.

      • Products that are not in their original condition ( i.e they should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with their original tags, stickers and packaging still on.) will automatically be rejected.

      • In case of incorrect/damaged goods, if the proof of damage/proof of incorrect item is not provided within 48 hours of receiving the package, we reserve the right to reject the return.

      • We understand that international shipping can be expensive so we do not expect the customers to express ship the products back to us but we reserve the right to reject/cancel any store credit/exchange/return request if the processing time lasts more than 30 days.

      ONE OF ONE AND MADE TO ORDER:

      ● We will not accept any return or exchange requests on any of the ONE OF ONE items.

      RHYCNI Studio is not responsible for taxes, customs, duties, border charges and border reimbursements on international orders. Any return requests made due to lack of information about customs will not be entertained.

      PLEASE NOTE that items that unfortunately do not comply with our return policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer only at their own cost.
